Sorry, I meant to add to this yesterday.
I heard the letter read and then the immediate zoom resolution. 100% acceptance of course, questions invited but not asked.
The ownership of (according to the letter) all Assembly Hall trusts is being transferred to the International Bible Students Association (IBSA).
This is another step in the continuum in which all assets are being gathered together under the WT direct umbrella.
There was a huge amount of time money and possessions put into EPAH to my knowledge. I know of sisters who gave family valuables, heirlooms that should have been kept for their children/grand children that were just poured into that hungry maw. Now, poof, it's given away for nothing. It can be disposed with without any further discussion.
Just voted away in a five minute max decision. It's totalitarianism in my book.

Do you know who the smallest man in the Bible was?
Surely a contender is Nehi The Benjamite.

Hey Grandpa, this looks like the original transcript i.e. officially issued. The layout suggests that. Can you confirm?

Don't take my booze!
by David.L.Henson ina direct confirmation that judge joseph rutherford, 2nd president of the watchtower organization, had a weak spot for good whisky, can be found in the following hilarious watch tower article.. the u.s. congress had passed the spirit prohibition law, and the judge was absolutely furious that these "servants of satan" tried to take his booze away.. the watch tower, which according to fred franz had jehovah as editor during these days, directly stated that christians could not "participate in" such a prohibition.
in other words, they had to smuggle and drink booze to be loyal to god.
the jws are unfortunately a much more boring sect these days.. the watchtower, november 1, 1924prohibition.

Lovely to have this new letter as such, not part of a video. Also the historic stuff. Nothing seems to change.
Have a double espresso on me,

A little off topic... I'll be moving...
by Expanded-Mind ini'd appreciate getting some opinions about a decision i will shortly have to make.. i am moving soon and have the choice of two different apartments in two different towns.
i am hoping this move will be one of the last that i have to make - i have moved frequently in my life - at least for a long, long while.. the apartment i like the least is in a town and a location that i love due to my history with, and connection to the area.
the apartment i love is in a town and location i am not as crazy about, but it is still a really nice area.

The answer as any real estate expert knows is Location. Location, Location.

Statistically speaking you would be more likely to live than get smallpox. It didn't kill the entire population of the world. Statistically speaking you wouldn't have died of polio TB or measles. That doesn't make the vaccination against those diseases any thing less than a great move forward in the application of medical science for human health.
